We normally use multiple agents for selling property but when Mason came to give us an appraisal on our property we were both very impressed with his positive and friendly attitude so we gave him sole agency. Everything was clearly explained to us. He was also quite confident of getting our desired price. He actually achieved better than our best hopes in a very short time. We have already highly recommended Mason to many of our friends and potential sellers in the unit complex where we lived. He actually achieved a higher price for our unit than an identical unit in the complex directly overlooking the water way. We had no water views. Excellent agent, wouldn't trust the sale of my properties with anyone else. Mason is very polite and a complete gentleman to myself and my wife. Mason has the local knowledge and experience in the industry that no other agent in my experience has. In my opinion, if you dont have Mason and his sales staff working for you, You dont have the best. The commission rates that Hillsea have are very competitive compared to other real-estate agencies that I have dealt with.
