Mason Staver

Mason was a superstar agent who sold our place under some very tough conditions. The person who ended up buying our place was a nightmare to work with, confrontational, unrealistic and was really rude. Mason protected us from all of that and drove a great result. We couldn’t recommend Mason and his team more for the huge amount of work and effort he put in to make the process enjoyable for us, even though it was painful for him.

I recently took possession of a unit bought via Mason at Alexander Nelson. It was a frustrating experience from the very first viewing. I am a single female and purchased the property independently. Mason was condescending and dismissive to the point I contemplated pulling out of the process on more than one occasion because of the way he communicated with me. I ended up purchasing the property despite him but unfortunately the bad experience did not end there. Mason failed to ensure I had keys for the property on closing so I am now faced with a significant out of pocket expense to replace all of the locks on doors and windows. I attempted on a number of occasions to contact the Sales Manager at the Carlton North branch and also put a complaint in writing but had no response. I would certainly not recommend this agent as if it was my property and I knew the agent was treating prospective buyers the way I was treated I would be horrified.
