Mat O'Brien has done an excellent job in selling our property at Kawana. Mat advised us well on the price level and the sales process. Throughout the time our property was on the market, he kept us informed and offered useful advice where needed. Further, there were some complications in the process. We changed the property from strata title back to single title, an unusual situation. This caused some legal complications, in which Mat handled his part well. In particular, he dealt with at least one disgruntled buyer, who probably gave him an earful as a result of our decisions. Mat managed this well on our behalf. Throughout the extended sale period, Mat was pleasant to deal with. He always made it clear that it was us for whom he was working and his job was to look after our interests. With settlement due at the time of writing, I recommend Mat to anyone seeking to sell property in or around Rockhampton.
