Mat was chosen to sell our property for a number of reasons. Firstly a referral from a friend, then after our initial property appraisal his no pressure attitude , experience, personality & commitment made our choice easy. Our decision was vindicated with the successful sale of a difficult acreage. There’s more Mat with no personal gain negotiated the successful purchase of our new home in QLD. I have no doubt without his help the purchase would have been a lot more difficult. His overall involvement from sale to purchase was unquestionably outstanding. To the point where I have had no hesitation in mentioning his involvement to our friends. We did have business relationship but Mat made you feel like a close mate & friend.
