Very transparent process and kept us in the loop whole time. I also found Mathew to be trustworthy. He helped us negotiate a good deal. Not only that, he negotiated repairs on the property to bring it up to spec ready to be rented out once the property settled. I would recommend Mathew to anyone looking for a hassle free and trustworthy purchase. It is worth noting that Mathew was so good that I made all decisions from Sydney and only came onsite to inspect the property once I was ready to settle. As expected all things were on order and to my expectation.
