Exceptionally good property agent.

We have recently had a chance to work with Mathew assisting us in purchasing an investment property. His market awareness is really good, he had shown couple of very good properties prior we made a final call. All of them were great ticking all the boxes in terms of property condition, easy commute, nearby shopping & eateries and schools. Mathew's work ethics were exceptionally great, he answered all of our queries with patience, very proactive in organising inspections, document control is great never saw this kind of self organisation. Even minor corrections which does not harm anyways were taken seriously and were rectified on the spot. Not to mention here but we even asked him why he used such kind of high quality paper for general print outs which showcase his commitment to provide 5 star experience to the clients and we had it. Great person overall. We were very lucky that we met him. We will always wish that he will be the first contact for any future transactions for us.
