I get a lot of satisfaction with helping clients through an upgrade or downsize and supporting them through the whole changeover process. A lot of agents just want to sell a house, but I want to know how I can help people get to where they want to be, working on the buying side as well. I just find that this approach is completely different to what an average agent does, and makes a world of difference in making changeover less of a leap into the unknown.
