It was the best phone call I received. I had been thinking about selling my property at 10 Mawson Drive Cartwright for a while. The property was left in a bad shape by tenants. I decided to meet up with Mathew along with my wife. I really liked the aggressive but practical approach displayed by Mathew. He suggested some minor improvements to the property like make it tidy, get rid of rubbish and mow lawns. Showed us his strategy of advertising. Gave us a competitive selling commission rate. We did as suggested by Mathew. At every stage Mathew kept his word. Gave us feed back from prospective buyers, held open houses as promised. On the day of auction, as promised the team from Ray white aggressively worked with buyers to get us the price we wanted. Mathew assisted us in setting a realistic reserve. While it understandable that as an agent Mathew wanted and pursued sale, but he worked for us, in our favour all the way during the whole process. As a seller I liked and expected to see agent work for me. We got above reserve price. we both appreciate Mathew's clear and timely communication, his aggressive strategy and practical approach.
