I had the pleasure of dealing with Mathew Bell from Pretti Real Estate for the sale of my investment property in Hinchinbrook. Mat was fantastic to deal with from the very first time we started talking to him. We live interstate and this could have made it difficult to get certain things done. Mat was able to over sea some improvements and certifications we needed in order to get the property on the market, he kept us up to date every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. As part of the service provided by Pretti Real Estate we were able to use Mat's skills as a photographer to take professional photos of our property which saved us a significant amount of money. Mat's communication was excellent and he kept us informed via phone calls and emails on what was happening with open inspections, offers and negotiations every step of the way.
