Took an instant liking to Matthew at first contact. He is very approachable, dependable and a no nonsense person. Always enthusiastic, positive and cheerful, through the selling process - even with all the delays and drama of the first failed contract (buyer's fault). Got us back on the track after the disappointment, and soon found another buyer. An excellent result.
