Matt was more then an agent for us, given our circumstances the empathy shown by Matt was exceptional. His attention to detail, his caring yet professional manner and knowledge of the market were extraordinary. He worked so hard for us, he if this is possible is the most honest real estate agent I’ve ever come across. I highly recommend Matt and his team and we will definitely be using them again in the future. If I was to sell there wouldn’t be a decision to be made, if I was buying and Matt was the agent it would be one of the reasons I would buy it.

We met Matt for the first time during a private inspection, which he was more than happy to arrange for us. There was no "hard sell" approach, just an honest and open discussion on the local market and the property we were inspecting. One further inspection, again willingly conducted by Matt outside of normal hours, we signed the contract. Matt's conduct during negotiation was always very professional and respectful of our position. He went out of his way to arrange a time for us measure up bedrooms, windows, etc., and on the day of settlement, met us at the property to hand over the keys, thoughtfully getting there before us to turn on the heater. Having had dealings with many agents over the years, Matt is definitely an agent we would recommend.
