Matt and Aidan were most professional in marketing and selling our property. We were able to communicate via the phone as distance was not possible at every stage of the campaign. We were disappointed to see the listed price was too high and had to be lowered after the first open day. Matt though he had three or possibly four potential buyers before auction, however it would seem only one turned up on the day. Despite that, Matt worked the person to input a bid to thus negotiate once the unit was passed in. We were not privy to the negotiations, however from the final price offer on the day, Matt achieved an excellent result for us. We were well pleased with the result.
