Whilst Matt managed to sell the property we were disappointed in some of the process, and the lack of communication. One particular important decision was made by Matt with no prior consultation of myself (vendor), and when raised I felt that the issue was dealt with very unprofessionally. We had no contact from Matt or Buxton in the lead up to settlement or on settlement day. Buxton had no idea settlement had already occurred when I went to drop off the keys. Was disappointed in the attitude I recieved from Matt when trying to resolve issues.

Our late call to go to market end of November into December was well supported by Mathew and Sarah who read that the market was good for a result. Matthew and Sarah kept us up to date with what was going on in regards to the sale of our much loved family home. we knew the home wasn't perfect but he understood the feeling and meaning the home had to us.
