Mathew & his team sold our house at the end of November. We found them to be very professional, along with friendly and very helpful. They always gave us plenty of time & often felt we were the only ones selling a house because of their time commitment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends, and would engage them again if were ever to sell a house again.

Matt was recommended by a friend and after he auctioned my mother’s house in Chelsea we could not have been happier with the outcome. His auctioneering skills are outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and his team!!

Matt was the auctioneer for my Mum's Unit in Cheltenham. Mum was selling in order to move into Aged Care and was hesitant about auctioning, preferring to go private sale. Matt explained the benefits of auctioning a property, particularly her Unit as there was very little by way of comparison in the area. Auction day came and we had approximately 60 people there. Matt did a fantastic job with the auction, encouraging the bidders, making everyone laugh and interacting with the crowd. We were ecstatic with the result - obtaining $100k over the reserve. We couldn't be happier!!! I highly recommend Matt, whether you are auctioning or selling by private sale as his enthusiasm, sincerity and overall knowledge of the market is second to none. And he's a really nice guy too!!!!

We have both bought and sold with Mathew since the late 1990's and we have done so because he works so hard, but does it with a smile on his face. He has always struck me as someone who genuinely enjoys what he does, and that always makes for success, but his hot buttons are matching you, as a potential buyer with the right house (yes, he listens) or getting you as a seller, the best possible result the market will deliver based on the position, condition etc of your property. If you combine those two things, you see he's got integrity, towards buyers and sellers. Pleasure to deal with.
