Matt's knowledge of the market was awesome. As someone who usually needs to be in control of everything, Matt's skill and ability, definitely allowed me to been able to relax and trust in him that he would bring me a price I'd be happy with, and let it be known he went well and above what I was expecting. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to sell but doesn't know where to start
