Very friendly and open

I know Matt since 2012 when he helped me buy a property in Preston, which was bought off the plan. He was extremely helpful accommodating all my requests for the property, and made sure all my requests were fulfilled. It did not take much time for me and Matt to build the trust in each other, recently Matt helped me to sell our property and I couldn't have found anyone better than Matt. Property was sold prior to going in the market and we got a very good price. I would love to associate with Matt for all my future transactions.
