I thought matt was helpful with answering questions, those he couldn't he got back to me asap. As we had the finance approved the answers took a bit longer to come back, i guess the hard work was done so we weren't as important, however he done his job and i guess i cant complain with his work. We also had a problem with one of our sliding doors is permanently locked and not functioning, (this has nothing to do with mathew) he said to us he will try to get this problem resolved. As this is not how they like to leave things. So i am yet to see this problem fixed. I think he has done everything he can in his position.
