This time around, (with your guards fully up), we walked into Kurri Sylvesters real estate and made an appointment for someone to come out to see our house, we knew we had a good little house but it was in a challenging location. Mathew came out and talked straight and gave us a REAL sell price. Over the next week we met some of the Sylvesters team, in the lead up to the first open house. All were very professional and good at there jobs. The part that really impressed me, I was so scared that, like other real estates they put an open house sign up and anyone just walks though the door. Mathew had three groups of real buyers turn up and all three groups put offers in and sold the property that day.
