Mathew was great to deal with, and very responsive to communication, whether by phone, email or text. The day before settlement, I requested for a (pre-installed) appliance to be assembled completely, and Mat was out there the morning of settlement to get it done. Mat was flexible in getting docs signed and keys picked up and made sure I knew what was happening next. If you want an agent who will keep you updated, Mat is the one for you!
