Worked well as a team with the client and his agency team. Put the client first and fought for the clients wishes throughout the negotiation process. Suggestions to make adjustments to price was balanced and accurate. Nothing was any trouble- went above and beyond to get the best possible outcome for the client. Always provided feedback from potential buyers after the open inspections. Definitely recommend Matt and his agency.
