Great experience, honest feedback on timeframes and expectations. Very professional, though at times I'd prefer contact via any medium if phone service is limited (more so on my part). Can only appraise his diligence to getting a sale that has had plenty of unforseen challenges with it across the line and handling the situations as they presented themselves.
