Having never sold a place before and having unpleasant interactions with other real estate agents previously I wasn't looking forward the the process. However through a family member I was recommended Matt. He kept me up to date and was straight forward with his advise. Ultimately I followed his advise and sold my Cronulla Unit for more than expected. The whole process was drama free. I would highly recommend Matt Bell.
