After an unsuccessful 7 month campaign with another agent, my wife and I decided we needed a change. We met with Matt who was polite, professional and extremely positive and optimistic about selling our unit. My wife and I found Matt both up front and honest which was a breath of fresh air. We signed the contract with Matt on the Thursday and on the following Monday we received and accepted an offer we were happy with. We regret not signing with Matt to begin with, we highly recommend him if you want to sell your property.
