Matt is by far the most easy going and genuine real estate agent i have ever met. And he is a local Collie country boy from where I bought my beautiful country home . He is friendly, hardworking, has great local knowledge and has great professionalism. I've always rented and now I am finally proud to be a homeowner. But I wish Matt could of been my agent everywhere I've gone as my experiences have been horrible. Some real estates were so horrible to renters even if the renters did right thing and court cases were unfairly lost . I know Matt would not put up with any unfairness and would treat all people equally and with respect.
