I have sold a few properties in my time; Matt was the best selling agent I have had! He went out of his way to keep me informed throughout the whole process: home openings, parties interested in the property, whether he thought the offer was reasonable in the current market and always took on board what I wanted. He really worked hard to sell the property and wanted to get the best deal for me. There are many selling agents out there that simply want you to accept the offer on the table so they can get their commission - this isn't Matt. If he thinks he can get more for you, he will! Matt is a very honest, approachable person and made the experience of selling my property easy.
