Matt and team is one of the best real estate agents I have come across

Matt is an absolute nightmare to deal with. He is so condescending when you are trying to follow up. He is all nice and sweet when trying to get your business and when the house is sold and you got more questions he does not want to pick up your calls. He is the dishonest person and it made the sale process very stressful and frustrating. We got a tenant in the property at the time and he said that I have agreed to give the tenant compensation at the start. He will make you pay out of pocket to make his commission. On top of that, he also threatened me if I do not pay the compensation to the tenant and the settlement is delayed then I will have to pay additional compensation to the buyer. Buyers and sellers beware: do not use their building inspection and conveyancing service. Their conveyancer is expensive and their building inspector works for them NOT for you!
