From the beginning it was obvious that Matt knew what he was doing. He has extensive experience in our area, he was always available and he and his assistant Georgia were a pleasure to deal with. Whilst the numbers through our open houses were a little meagre, Matt found us a couple of interested buyers.
I rang the office of Ray White Upper North Shore and immediately I was put in touch with Matt. He had no hesitation in arranging to meet me in my home the same day.He quickly assessed my property gave me an estimate of what he thought the selling price would be, and accurately judged the conditions under which we should proceed. He arranged that we meet again the following day when he would bring a member of his staff with him who would play a central role in all proceedings during the campaign. When we met the next day it was clear that all arrangements were in hand to proceed. All aspects as to how we would proceed, those with whom I should make contact were detailed. The essential steps to be followed were clearly outlined. The most impressive thing was the friendly but professional manner in which he proceeded. Equally in the ongoing period the skill of his staff became very obvious. The campaign opened and all materials were assembled like clockwork. At all stages he kept me informed as to activities undertaken and made suggestions as to how we should continue. He demonstrated great skill and knowledge in his field both with me and certainly with potential purchasers of the property. The sale was completed on 8th November with a very satisfactory outcome without the need to hold an auction . Clearly he has great professional skill to make the necessary decisions to bring everything together for success.
Matt new all about the area, the neighbourhood and was able to answer all our questions. He was attentive without being pushy and stayed in touch with us all the way to auction (and beyond).
