Yes Matt worked as a team player with Graeme Schultz in achieving a great outcome of getting the residence of 11 Ku-Ring-Gai Ave, Turramurra sold in a very difficult real estate market of 2018. This market is depressed and different from those in the past in that the banks have been very tights for buyers in acquiring finance. Hence the agents have had to work very hard to get a result. But Matt and Graeme worked as a good team to achieve a good result.
