A positive experience

Matt and his team were very easy to deal with and concluded the entire transaction in a calm, efficient and business-like manner. Matt understood well the critical role that communication plays in transactions of this nature, and his communication was very regular, comprehensive and timely both in terms of phone calls and written reports. Importantly, our phone calls, emails and texts were returned immediately and the team was happy to spend as much time as was needed on our matter. Matt's entire team was polite, pleasant and positive and this continued for the duration of our dealings and beyond the conclusion of the transaction (not just until exchange). We had confidence that Matt had control of the process from the beginning and it became evident that his processes and procedures matched his market knowledge.
