Matt gave outstanding support during the sale of our house, going the extra mile on many occasions to support us. He was genuine, patient, respectful, reliable, warm and friendly, very knowledgeable about the local area, and always there when we needed his help and advice during all stages of the sales process, from preparing the house for sale to the sales campaign itself. We were very happy with the sales price and believe it resulted from his skill and judgement at all stages of the process.
