Having seen some years ago how efficiently and professionally Matt Brady assisted my wife to manage her mother's move from the 3-bedroom family bungalow with a well developed garden to a 2-bedroom unit with minimal garden but attractive harbour views, I was in no doubt whom to approach to manage the sale of our 2-bedroom unit in Balgowlah. After inspecting the unit Matt Brady advised us on October 9th that a fresh coat of paint and new floor coverings would greatly assist the sale, and with our agreement of the costs involved, which would be paid from proceeds of the sale, he went ahead to hire appropriate contractors to effect these modifications. He then hired the services of a Stylist, who furnished the unit in a most attractive manner, and a photographer to prepare promotional material. When we received an email on November 14th containing a url that enabled us to view the refurbished unit from Adelaide, we were amazed how effective and comprehensive Matt's efforts had been on our behalf. Advertising and on-site inspections over the following 13 days attracted sufficient interest for Matt to advise advancing the auction date and the hiring of an auctioneer who conducted the sale successfully on November 27th. We could not have dreamed that such an effective result had been achieved so quickly with our efforts being limited to a number of very congenial phone calls.
