Matt worked incredibly hard on the day of the auction. To his credit and against my initial position, Matt pulled our house from Auction and ran a private bidding auction. The result he gained certainly exceeded what we would have received at the Auction....especially as the buyer ended up being someone not even registered to bid!

We spent a lot of time speaking with many agents in the area and most were not what I would hand over the keys of my largest asset to. Actually after meeting most of them I had to take a shower. Matt however knew the area inside out, held the record for the highest sales in the area, knew where the market was heading and had a strong and reasonable point of view on what we could get and who the buyer type might be. These insights gave us total confidence that we could trust our largest asset in his hands. He helped us with interior designers and house cleaners who were also fantastic and who we still use today. He managed the process beyond expectations and always kept us informed. I sensed he did his best for us every time. Now let me be clear, I'm not walk over and when it comes to service delivery of any kind I'm highly critical.
