We had heard about Matt’s professionalism through word of mouth and were not disappointed.

I first heard about Matt while at a friend’s leaving do. She told us all that she had sold her house with him and I was very surprised at the price she achieved especially as it was quite a quirky property. At that same event a few more friends recommended him. On our first meeting we found Matt knowledgeable and able to allay my fears about selling. We didn’t feel the need to talk to any other agents. During the process he was supportive and approachable. He advised us on small renovation jobs and resolved any issues that cropped up in a timely manner. We found his second agent Josh to be super helpful and the marketing team and stylist friendly, understanding and efficient. The auction was highly organised and successful and we were happy with the result in a challenging market. I’ve already recommended him to my local friends and would recommend him to anyone who asks.
