We had some long delays from the developer and Matt could not get any progress reports from the developer. When the land was finally released Matt informed us immediately and everything went smoothly from that point. Matt and the staff at the agency were very friendly and very helpful. My daughter also dealt with Matt some time ago and was very satisfied with the service she received
