Naideen Karrine and Matt are the Jacobs Well area wizards

After years of having Karrine and her team as our property manager, it was a no brainer to list with her and Matt when it was time to sell. Naideen and Karrine had a buyer in mind soon after listing, but as nothing is meant to be too simple, there was a legal issue we had with the property, unrelated to the sale. Naideen and Karrine had to bounce back and forth between the potential buyer, as our legal matters progressed, including multiple iterations to the contracts. Naideen and Karrine were both unflappable and managed the inevitable tensions the court cases place on uncertain times. I love this area and while it was time to sell our piece or paradise, I would not hesitate to buy from or sell with Naideen, Karrine and Matt in the beautiful cane field and surrounds of Pimpama, Yatala, Steiglitz, Gilberton, Staplyton and Jacobs Well. Naideen, as my primary contact was just the best. Worth every cent of commission. We got a great price, but the buyer was also straight up and decent and this is one of those "everyone won" arrangements, with rare candour and mutual decency and respect between the buyer, the seller and Naideen and Karrine as our agents.
