Matt was very straightforward, he spoke clearly, had clear insights into the market and what to expect, he gave useful tips to help maximise our sale price, there was no pressure at all. We purchased our house from Matt in 2010 and we sold the same house through Matt Bunder in 2024. I would certainly recommend engaging Matt in all property dealings.
