We recently purchased a property through Matt. We found Matt to be very professional, friendly, easy going and helpful through the whole process. He looked after his elderly sellers as well and made sure the process was smooth for them too. He was honest and straight forward through the negotiating stage and we were able to make a deal easily. Our sale/buy process was through the beginnings of the covid situation and Matt was very reassuring and calming whenever we spoke on the phone which I found reassuring. Matt spoke well, dressed professionally and was always quick to respond to questions, phone calls and emails. He also followed up nicely after the sale. I will be recommending him in the future.

I find the commission structure even at 2% obscene then you have to add Gst I do feel all real estate fees should top out at $5000 With the Gst included as in reality they don't work hard at all unlike a tradie that are way under paid for their high skill set and after 45 years old their bodies are done and finished
