Matt and his agency have been managing our investment property for nearly a year. After our tenants, who had just signed a long term lease, decided to break to purchase right as the pandemic was hitting, he assisted us in getting new tenants in less than a week. When we decided to sell, we decided to list with him. Given the property was tenanted for another 8 or 9 months, we always knew the sales price would be impacted - despite this, we managed to get an offer of $510,000 within a few days from an inter-state couple looking to secure a home for the new year.
