When I was ready to sell other agents added me to their mailing list but in addition to this, Matt called me every other month to keep me updated on the market trends and average sales price. On signing, Matt provided a clear and detailed sales plan which included daily calls to keep me updated on the progress. Matt was very active in the sales process being in regular contact with all potentially buyers which resulted in a great auction turnout and an above reserve result.
