I first met Matt at an open home approx 18 months before putting our house on the market. Anyway....we didn't buy that house but I did keep Matt's number as 'Matt Real Estate' in my phone! Fast forward 18 months and I knew that Matt was who I would feel comfortable in selling our home. I certainly was not disappointed. His no fuss, friendly, easily contactable, relaxed manner was very welcome. From appraisal to a sold sticker it was 12 days (helped by a cash buyer so no finance clause). I honestly could not recommend Matt more highly.
