I think what i appreciated most about Matt was his straightforward communication style. He gave us regular updates and kept us in the loop. We had some negotiations with a difficult buyer that eventually fell through, but Matt and his team worked hard to find another buyer with a better offer. Even though Matt knew the price we would be happy at he pushed to get a better price that exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend Matt and his team.
