Our experience with Matt Carpenter was excellent. Our initial consultation was a year before we decided to sell when Matt visited us at our home with market information and indicative selling costs in his hand. Via email we received weekly market updates from Starr Partners Merrylands until we were ready to sell. Prior to listing, we contact Matt again for an appraisal which we felt was reasonable and at the same time agreed the commission and reviewed and agreed the marketing strategy. When we listed, Matt and his office arranged the marketing - photos, video, websites and sign, promptly and professionally. Open home dates and times and the auction date and time were planned in detail within a few days of listing.
