Matt has excellent communication skills and extensive experience in real estate. He very promptly provided a very comprehensive market appraisal and selling plan, which I was impressed with, and which demonstrated his knowledge of the market. He has a very respectful attitude which I have appreciated. He also has good negotiation skills demonstrated by his ability to get and close a deal.
