When selling a property, you need to feel comfortable that the agent knows his stuff, The agent needs to have a good grip on the suburb in general, this includes sizes of the block available, the number of homes available within the bracket your selling and what the feel is for the market price. And then which is the best way to market for that particular property. Matt was spot on with all the above.
