Always retuning calls and emails promptly, always available even out of business hours to answer questions and show customers the property. All the advice recieved, including the market information and price estimation was realistic and honest. Personally, I would have like a stronger outcome for my sell and understand that given the difficult market that was the best outcome. Matt Carpenter has been around for as long as I can remember. I have been in Greystanes for 19 years and when it came to selling and buying Matt was always going to be our first choice.
