Matt's the BEST in the area!

Having a property on the market for 3 months and not having an offer with another agent, we were very stressed, frustrated, disappointed and emotionally charged naturally. We met up with 10 agents in the area with the same brief over the phone prior to the meet up. Matt was one of the only two came well-prepared. He knows the area, the competition I'm facing (how many properties in the area sold recently and how many still on the market), the developments nearby, the tradies contacts (jobs to be done before re-listing in the market), time line, key milestones, fees. But the most impressive is he knew that I was meeting one of his major competitors and he showed his respect rather than some would put others down. His contacts (tradies) showed the same work ethics, gives time & rooms to others in the same industry. Matt's step by step process eased our emotion, we were able to focus one thing at a time and knew exactly what's next to tackle. His responses are always prompt, his follow ups are always reliable and thorough, his expectation is always accurate. With the excellent customer services he (and his team) offered, strategies suggested, he achieved the price we have been dreaming of. I wouldn't normally recommend someone 10 out of 10, but I think Matt (and his team) earned that !
