Right ftom the outset, we could tell Matt had a wealth of experience as a real estate agent. He presented us with current market prices, and recent properties sold within our area, thereby giving us very a clear idea of what our property could sell for. Everything was clearly presented to us up front, so we knew what our costs & financial obligations would be, nothing was hidden. From the initial advertising online & throughout the Open Homes process, Matt kept in regular contact, kept us very well informed of inpections each week etc & the type of interest in our property. He knew who was seriously interested & would be bidding on the day. His comunication skills were excellent! Matt's cheery & always positive manner really helped us remain positive as well. He kept us very well informed, up to date throughout the whole process & was always more than happy to answer all our questions.
