Expectations Exceeded Once Again!!

This is the third property Matt Carpenter has sold for me in the Holroyd area since 2011 and once again Matt and his fantastic team have exceeded my expectations which I thought wasn't possible!!! This time it was my family home that I grew up in so the emotions were running very high to say the least, but like true professional, Matt and the team insured that the whole process was seamless from start to finish. There is nothing that Matt Carpenter and the team at Starr Parteners Merrylands do not know about the property market in the Holroyd area. Matt sat myself and the family down and explained the process exactly from start to finish and we were constantly updated throughout the campaign and everything Matt explained in the beginning unfolded exactly. Matt didn’t make any airy fairy promises in relation to the sale price, he guided us with his exceptional knowledge & experience of the area to get the house sold for just a little over what Matt predicted at beginning of the campaign. If you are intending to purchase or sell anything in the Holroyd area I would defiantly recommend Matt Carpenter & Starr Parteners Merrylands.
