Matt helped the reviewer sell this property

The property sold for what we wanted and in 2 days.

Matt was excellent! Had great ideas as to how to present the house, options for things we didn’t consider. Was realistic about pricing the property. Moved very quickly to get the house on the market. Everything was smoothly run. He was in contact with us and gave us updates as needed. The property sold for what we wanted and in 2 days. Was very pleased.
