I was initially not thrilled with Matt from an Altona Nth property however he was very friendly at another property I wanted to buy. When it came to purchasing the property He told me I could get a ‘license agreement’ however did not put this in the contract. Which he absolutely could do. Yes I should have not have taken his word. His inability to follow through with his word left me feeling very betrayed by him. He also didn’t show any respect to do the final handover of keys, instead leaving it to the receptionist. He wanted a sale & he got it. But he was not true to his word.

Matt was fantastic. He was always one step ahead and prompt with any communications had. Matt was transparent throughout the sales process and made the transaction super easy.
